In the midst of the global pandemic, two Staten Island-born brands have come together to collaborate on a spiked summer beverage dubbed 'Ralph's Hard Seltzer.'
This unique spiked drink was created by Flagship Brewing, who tapped the frozen treat chain, Ralph's Famous Italian Ices for flavor inspiration. The seltzers are offered in 12-packs comprised of Ralph's most popular offerings, including lemon, watermelon and orange creamsicle.
Ralph's famous Italian Ices was born in 1928, expanding into a classic New York chain from there, but remaining an iconic part of the borough's history. Now, the hard seltzers inspired by the chain mark a fresh new take, without straying from the brand's proud Staten Island roots.
