In celebration of its 21st anniversary, RA Sushi teamed up with the Chemistry agency to create alcohol-infused sushi rolls that are now being served at the restaurant. RA Sushi is known for creating a wide range of inventive sushi rolls and cocktails and its newest launch fuses both food and drink—the 'Spiked Sake Roll' is a limited-time menu item that will be available throughout the month of October. The new sushi rolls are being described as "what happens when your favorite sushi place turns 21."
The Spiked Sake Roll takes the form of a tuna-based roll that is enhanced with TYKU Red Flower sake and served over a bamboo leaf. To complete the dish, the alcohol-infused sushi roll is served with sake dipping sauce and as such, all guests must be 21 years of age or older to order the menu item.
