The Girlfriend Collective, a Toronto-based sustainable fashion brand dedicated to fuses form and function, recently launched its Fall 2020 Limited Color Collection, dubbed 'Art World.' Inspired by "artists and creators whose work embraces their individuality, expresses their innermost selves and creates a world all their own," the new series is covered in four unique colors.
Due to the brand's commitment to sustainability, all its series are lunched in small quantities to limit over-production and ultimately, waste. All of the styles in Art World—which range from bike shorts and sports bras to track jackets and windbreakers—are made with the Girlfriend Collective's signature Compressive fabric. The textile is made from post-consumer plastic bottles and boasts ultra-compressive, sweat-wicking performance. And each piece can be recycled with the brand's garment takeback program, ReGirlfriend.
