EQUII and Bridor have announced a new partnership on a protein yeast flour that will see the brand's working together to help elevate the quality and nutritional profile of bakery products.
The partnership will see EQUII supplying Bridor with its protein-rich yeast flour that will be used to create an array of baked goods like sandwich carriers, dinner rolls, sliced bread for sandwiches, artisan loaves and more. The various baked goods will be offered across Bridor's network of foodservice clients and help them to offer products that are more in line with consumer demand for higher protein fare.
