The Pringles branding has been given a revamp in the UK to help celebrate the brand's 30th anniversary in the market and give its iconic Julius Pringles character a modernized update.
The snack chip packaging will see the brand's mascot donning an emoji-inspired look and style to help keep it relevant in the digital era. This will see the product taking on a much more simplistic, minimal appearance that replaces the character's bowtie with the brand name and more.
Florence Kayll at Pringles UK spoke further on the new Pringles branding update saying, "After being Pringles’ loyal mascot for many years, Mr. P has had a well-deserved makeover, in what is his boldest look yet. Mr P’s hair may now be gone but he’s looking more youthful than ever with striking new eyebrows and is of course still sporting his famous, stylish moustache as he celebrates his 30th birthday in the UK. While Mr. P and the can design have both undergone a transformation, Brits can be confident that there are no changes to the amazing flavour and crunch found inside every Pringles can.”
