The Paxo Potato Rosti Cake mixes are a new addition to the Premier Foods' brand's dry mix product roster that's perfect for consumers to try out this fall.
The mixes come in two flavors including Red Onion & Herb and Mixed Veg, which are both made with potatoes, herbs and vegetables, and only require water to be prepared. The mix is suitable, upon being mixed, for preparation via baking, grilling or frying to make it the perfect option for vegetarian consumers to add into their favorite meals or enjoy on its own. Arriving in the UK at grocers this month, the mixes are priced at £1.89 for a 120-gram pack.

By expanding its range, Paxo aims to widen its appeal to attract new shoppers and drive further sales for the category and retailers.”
