The COVID-19 pandemic has been especially hard for many residents at long care facilities as families and events have been canceled due to social distancing regulations. To support and entertain those in the vulnerable community, Porsche Cars Canada launched a GTA Classic Porsche Parade to visit four retirement homes across the GTA.
The parade included a line-up of Porsche classics for viewers to "walk down memory lane" from the safety of their care homes. To provide an interactive and engaging experience, each car was explained over the speaker system as it approached the home.
Safety was a main priority for the GTA Classic Porsche Parade, and all participants donned appropriated PPE and maintained social distancing regulations.
