The clash of pastel colors and wicker furniture characterizes musician Pharell Williams' Goodtime Hotel in Miami Beach. American designer Ken Fulk was responsible for the interior furnishings, which include leopard print fabrics. The hotel was designed to reflect the famed art deco architecture of Miami Beach and the design concept pays homage to Caribbean and Central American resort towns.
The Goodtime Hotel is complete with its own pool club and imparts a feeling of both revitalization and excitement. Visitors enter the hotel through a double-height archway placed within a corrugated facade and are greeted with a hand-painted hothouse mural in the atrium.
The highly-coveted new hotel boasts 266 rooms with either sunset views across Biscayne Bay or sunrise views across the Atlantic ocean. In addition, visitors can relax at a peach-hued bar with built-in shelving called The Library for the full art deco experience.
