Zucker's Par Baked Frozen Bagels have been announced by Zucker's Bagels & Smoked Fish as a series of frozen baked goods that bring the authentic taste and texture of New York-style bagels to any kitchen.
The bagels come in three varieties including Plain, Everything and Sesame, which are ready to be tossed in the oven to achieve a freshly baked profile anytime of day. The bagels are crafted with unbleached, unbromated flours alongwith New York City topwater and a touch of pure malt syrup before being boiled, seeded and partially baked before being frozen to lock in freshness.
Founder Matt Pomerantz spoke on the Zucker's Par Baked Frozen Bagels saying, "You no longer need to be in New York City to have the best bagel experience. Our par baked bagels are not your average frozen bagel; with the finest natural ingredients and traditional process, I'm proud of the bagel craftsmanship we established when we opened our first shop in Tribeca in 2007, and thrilled to share our baking traditions."
