Mindy Kaling recently teamed up with Umami Burger to produce a hamburger that helps support pancreatic cancer research. While many celebrities have lent their name to different food products, this burger is specially designed to reflect the personality of the talented comedian.

The new burger is simply titled ‘The Mindy Burger’ and it consists of a beef patty topped with pickled jalapeños, fried onion strings and sharp white cheddar cheese. The decadent burger features a burst of flavors that perfect mirrors Kaling’s sharp whit. As Kaling explains, “I love Umami and I was so honored to be able to create my own burger. Spicy and cheesy, it reflects my own personality.” Not only is the burger delicious, but it also helps support a good cause. For every burger sold, a dollar will go towards an organization that supports pancreatic cancer research.

The Mindy Burger is now available at all Umami Burger locations.
