American beer brand Pabst Blue Ribbon (PBR) has partnered with Grand Traverse Motel in Traverse City, Michigan, to turn the iconic roadside motel into a unique immersive experience for visitors dubbed 'Pabst: The Place.'
Starting now, three rooms in the motel have been transformed via retro PBR-themed decor. In addition, each room has been given its own theme and name. These include the 'Dive Bar,' the 'Arcade,' and the 'Rec Room.' Overall, the creative campaign aims to evoke PBR's 80s-era heyday.
“We were looking for a campaign that embraced the classic qualities of PBR, but would be aspirational for fans both new and old. ‘Pabst is the Place’ represents all the little things that make the brand what it is,” said Rachel Keeton, marketing director for PBR
