El Pollo Loco recently launched a lineup of Overstuffed Quesadillas that cater to consumers looking for a heartier fast food option. In keeping with the chain's commitment to serving fresh ingredients and fire-grilled chicken, the overstuffed wraps give consumers a new way to enjoy the flavorful toppings they already love.

Like the chain's original quesadillas, the new wraps are grilled and pressed into an easy-to-hold hexagonal shape. The wraps are then filled with El Pollo Loco's famous flame-grilled chicken and other fresh ingredients. There are four different flavor combinations to choose from, including the Chicken Fajita Avocado and the Chicken Guacamole. As El Pollo Loco's Chief Marketing Officer Ed Valle explains, "We’re excited about our new overstuffed quesadillas because they hold in the great flavors of our ingredients for a tasty experience in every bite."
