Oatchi is Hong Kong's first oat-based mochi ice cream dessert. The plant-based cafe and grocery store concept, Green Common, based in Hong Kong, unveiled the new brand as part of the region's Green Monday campaign. The frozen plant-based dessert will be available at select outlets.
Containing 17% fewer calories than its dairy counterpart, the Oatchi series is made with natural, plant-based ingredients. The new brand responds to health-conscious consumer demands as well as the growing need for dairy alternatives due to dietary restrictions. The delicious dairy-free treats are available in three different flavors: green tea, mango, and strawberry. In addition to its vegan-friendly qualities, Oatchi is free from artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives. Currently, consumers can purchase 2 packs at a discounted rate.
