‘Nightcall’ by Edina Csoboth makes no attempt to hide its inspiration. If the sullen expressions, quiet scenes and neon lights don’t give it away, the title does. This photo shoot is named after Kavinsky & Lovefoxxx’s 80s-influenced music track for the sleeper hit movie ‘Drive.’
Standing in for Ryan Gosling, model Hedi plays the female counterpart to his mysterious, nameless character in Nightcall by Edina Csoboth. Fortunately for her, stylist David Nyiri clads her in a range of different outfits instead of relying on the same scorpion jacket Gosling wore throughout the film. The neon lights that were so impactful in the movie are translated into the electric ensembles Nyiri pieces together.
Hairstylist Zsanett Fabian and makeup artist Timea Hadnagy also worked on Nightcall by Edina Csoboth.
