A local design studio has created a new Nezo boutique and showroom in Mumbai. The space is defined by a futuristic aesthetic led by bright cobalt blue flooring, reflecting chrome furniture, and some texture in the form of yarn ball columns. The showroom is 1,800 square feet and it functions as a space that unites up-and-coming fashion brands from across India and contributes to the studio's goal of empowering women through contemporary silhouettes.
The lead architect, Ayesha Puri Kanori shared with Dezeen, "The guiding vision for the showroom's design was rooted in the founder's mission to address the gap in India's western-wear market by creating a space that unites and celebrates the diverse talents of Indian designers. The showroom was envisioned as a dynamic and forward-thinking space that embodies boldness, vibrancy and empowerment."
