For the summer this year, New Belgium Brewing is launching the Voodoo Ranger Guava Spruce DIPA as an all-new Double India Pale Ale. The new brew is said to be exotic and hoppy, with a unique blend of flavors from tropical mango, ripe guava, herbal grass and spruce tips. In terms of taste, the flavor of the beer is said to be sweet and bitter, with a bitterness that "builds and lingers." This DIPA comes in at 7.6% ABV and is set to be sold in 16-ounce cans in select markets.
This summer, New Belgium Brewing is also introducing its Voodoo Ranger Guava Spruce DIPA alongside another new edition, the Tartastic Strawberry Lemon.
Some of the other Voodoo Ranger flavors that New Belgium Brewing has experimented with in the past include the 8 Hop Pale Ale and the Juicy Haze IPA.
