Nendo and Jil Sander Teamed Up for the 'Objectextile' Exhibition
Riley von Niessen — April 7, 2017 — Art & Design
The 'Objectextile' exhibition was created by Nendo and Jil Sander for Milan Design Week 2017, an annual furniture fair that showcases work from designers from all around the world.
The entire Objectextile exhibition was completely minimalist, with varying hues of white and muted gray making up all of the pieces. The majority of the pieces in the exhibition were clothing items, however there were also long trails of textiles positioned under white cube-shaped tables. Although the latter featured different patterns, from camouflage to stripes, the apparel stayed uniform in appearance by making use of the same polka dot pattern.
Nendo and Jil Sander's exhibition will be featured at the showroom on Via Luca Beltrami until April 9th.
