Graham’s Family Dairy is expanding its lineup of protein-rich offerings with a new natural dairy protein ice cream and new protein cottage cheese.
In an effort to meet the demand for higher protein offerings, Graham’s has managed to create Scotland’s first natural dairy protein ice cream. Unlike many other protein-packed ice creams, which rely on plant-based alternatives or powders, Graham’s protein ice cream uses natural dairy protein. The result is a rich and creamy ice cream that contains a whopping 10 grams of natural dairy protein per 100-gram serving. As Robert Graham, the Managing Director of Graham’s Family Dairy, explains, “As protein proves increasingly important in our diets, we’ve been hoping to create a product which can be an indulgent treat that also supports a healthy lifestyle.”
