Working closely with these women, Musana hopes to create a generation of change and looks to break the cycle of poverty. To accomplish this the jewelry brand does not only offers fair living wages but also funds a variety of educational classes for its artisans, school matching fees for children, subsidized medical costs, and community development projects. All of these initiatives go to improve the lives of the artisans and ensures that they only need to focus on the work they are producing.
