The JULIENNE BRUNO Mozzafiore Pearls are a new product from the artisan vegan cheese brand that's crafted with authentic taste, texture and quality in mind to help consumers elevate their favorite recipes.
The product consists of spherical cheese alternatives inspired by mozzarella pearls that are crafted out of soy rather than dairy. The fermentation process used to create the plant-based cheese lends it a soft, spring texture with a creamy profile that's enhanced with a touch of saltiness. The free-from cheese alternative has no gluten, nuts or artificial flavors in the recipe.
