The Tower Apt. No1 is located in the center of Tel Aviv, Israel, and it is an upgraded modern loft space. RUST Architects re-designed the interior of this apartment, taking a plain and empty space and turning it into a highly-functional, stylish home.
The interior mixes soft materials with raw, industrial ones, such as rough wood, iron and glass. The color scheme includes black, white and light blue as an accent color. Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, the space is flooded with natural light, accenting an attention to detail. An industrial loft feel is given by leaving the concrete ceilings untouched and uncovered. A black iron and glass office was built in the middle of the apartment as a usable focal point for the room.
This modern loft space reaches approximately 1,076 square feet, but looks as though it goes on for miles.
