The Philadelphia-based sports brand Mitchell & Ness, which is known for creating clothes for the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL, has once again teamed up with Japanese streetwear label BAPE to launch a new basketball collection.
The collaboration is a follow-up to the brands' eye-catching championship jersey collection from 2018, as well as their collections for the MLB and NFL. The new collection combines authentic Mitchell & Ness apparel with BAPE's signature camo print designs. In addition, it pays tribute to four hometown teams: the Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, New York Knicks, and the Brooklyn Nets.
To collection's lookbook features rapper Fabolous as its main model, who is captured wearing a range of uniforms, including Patrick Ewing’s number 33 Knicks jersey.
