Whataburger is celebrating its 75th anniversary in a big way by bringing back two fan-favorite dishes and introducing two new Mexican Hot Chocolate beverages.
Long-time Whataburger fans will be thrilled to hear that the chain is set to bring back its Monterey Melt and Chicken Fajita Taco. The former consists of 100% all-beef patties topped with Monterey Jack and American cheeses, grilled onions, peppers, and Jalapeño Ranch sauce. On the other hand, the Chicken Fajita Taco consists of a soft flour tortilla filled with grilled chicken breast, seared onions, and both poblano and red peppers.
To pair with these returning dishes, Whataburger will also be adding two new Mexican Hot Chocolate beverages. Both of these new drinks combine chocolate and cinnamon in the form of either a coffee (the new Mexican Hot Chocolate Coffee) or a sweet and creamy shake (the new Mexican Hot Chocolate Shake).
All of the new and returning items are available starting on January 7, 2025.
