Masarnia is another shocking project by Karina Wiciak. At first glance, the interior of Masarnia looks like a whimsical place with glass furniture and charming white trees inspired by the cold season, but upon closer inspection, things get a bit more dark.
Red walls and certain furniture components of the space are actually inspired by the human body, its blood and the skeletal system. The human body is here reduced to the role of an object and used as furniture and lighting.
The glass decor items are also incorporated into the overall theme. The sharp pieces of glass create a sense of danger when paired with the seemingly blood-stained walls. Whatever your interpretation of the space, it definitely is a sight to see.
