TapClicks announced that it acquired AdStage in an effort to bolster its marketing platform. The rationale for the acquisition was stated by the TapClicks CEO, Babak Hedayti, who stated that the ultimate goal is to create one unified marketing platform. Hedayti also stated that the recent acquisition will increase TapClicks’ intelligence abilities.
AdStage was initially launched in 2013 to serve as a cross-network advertising organization, and since then it ventured into automated ad campaigns, as well as organizing marketing data.
