Made•With, an American specialty produce company, has announced a new line of attribute-driven bread products, which will begin hitting grocery store shelves in September. The new clean ingredient bread buns and loaves will join the brand's larger collection of natural, organic, and GMO-free products.
The line will include a range of kosher, dairy-free, and non-GMO Brioche Hamburger Buns, Brioche Hot Dog Buns, and a Braided Challah Loaf. New consumer data has shown an increasing interest in specialty bakery products free of artificial flavors and preservatives. "This new line fits that consumer demand but also our ingredient philosophy of a clean and great-tasting product,” said the Executive Director for KeHE Exclusive Brands, Ben Friedland.
