Yorkshire-based gin brand Inginious created a low-alcohol gin spirit that's designed to be used for low-alcohol serves. The 43% ABV concentrated bottling boasts 10 times the flavor as compared to standard gin, which means that it can be served in five-milliliter doses without sacrificing taste. For this reason, the gin is served with a five-milliliter measuring spoon and one bottle shares 40 serves.
The founder of Inginious, Simon Liddle, says "For the last two years I have been looking to cut down on alcohol for health reasons. After struggling to find a tasty, low-alcohol gin, I set about creating a concentrated gin product like no other." Like Liddle, consumers are embracing the reduced stigma surrounding lower-alcohol drinks and enjoying full-flavor serves that are uncompromising on the types of experiences they offer.
