Design firm HDG Architecture created this beautifully aesthetic building for the Timber Gastro Pub, which honors the flourishing logging community. The exterior of the restaurant is made with large wooden panels that line the entire perimeter.
The interior features warm rustic vibes that emit from the wooden-made bars, stools and enclosed booths. There is a large mural placed behind the bar that features a panoramic view of hard-working loggers during a typical day in the forest. Additionally, there is a visually pleasing wood-burning oven that is surrounded by neatly stacked chopped lumber and held together with a thin wire fencing.
The restaurant located in Post Falls Idaho was created to celebrate the logging community, which has allowed the city to grow while creating a positive impact on the region.
