As well as being able to rely on Mr. Peanut to provide tasty nut snacks, consumers can now also turn to the brand for a stylish pair of limited-edition high-top sneakers. The brand's first-ever sneaker design has been appropriately dubbed the Crunch Force 1 and combines premium leather with a "peanut insole" and a distinctive tongue.
The new sneakers have been launched ahead of the draft, helping to equip players with a fun new style by artists Jeff Cole and Seth Fowler and Philadelphia-based sneaker manufacturer Rich Franklin. The limited-edition sneaker will be sold until supplies last for $170, branded as "a high-quality sneaker that Planters fans and basketball fans can go nuts for."
