The Cleveland Kitchen lightly fermented pickles are being launched by the fermented food brand to provide consumers with a tasty option to enjoy on its own or as part of their favorite recipe. The pickles come in two options to choose from including Bread & Butta and King Koshers, which are priced at $6.99 and $7.99 a jar, respectively. The Bread & Butta variety is characterized by its not too sweet recipe, while the King Kosher ones are extra crunchy with a dilly garlic flavor.
CEO of Cleveland Kitchen Drew Anderson commented on the new lightly fermented pickles saying, "Mom used to make the best bread and butter pickles ever – every summer she’d take the best cucumbers she got from farmers while running our local farmers’ markets and would jar up 30 jars for the season. We all got pulled into her pickling assembly line to help out – it was a whole process but they were so delicious later on that it was worth it. When we went to our test kitchen to make our new pickle flavours, we strove to make them as good as our mom’s – and we’re proud of the result.”
