David Letterman is known to occasionally roast socialites and their culture. Who could forget his post-prison Paris Hilton interview?
Now Dave Letterman has ripped into socialite and The Hills ‘actress’ Lauren Conrad in an interview on The Letterman Show.
When asked about her beef with Heidi Montag, Lauren Conrad replied that over the years she had problems and issues with most of the cast members of The Hills. Letterman then posed the question, “Maybe you’re the problem?”
That’s a very valid point. When you think everyone else is wrong and hard to get along with, maybe it’s you who’s the source of the problem.
Letterman started the interview by pointing out that Lauren was a kid when The Hills started, and that she’s still a kid now. Then he basically called Lauren Conrad an idiot and stood her up by saying he’s “busy” after baiting her with “let’s have dinner”.
For the most part Lauren Conrad took the jabs in good sport. I bet Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have this clip on repeat on their iPhones and Blackberries.
