Frustrated with a lack of change in the diamond and fine jewelry industries over the past century, Kimaï set out to create a more sustainable, traceable approach with its lab-grown diamonds. Co-founders Sidney Nehaus and Jessica Warch both came from families working in the diamond trade and saw an opportunity to actually answer important consumer questions related to sustainability and ethics.
The luxe lab-grown diamonds by Kimaï adorn everything from earrings and necklaces to rings and bracelets. The traceable lab-grown diamonds are paired with recycled solid 18-karat gold, and as Warch told Harpers Bazaar, "This is really the first time we’re able to offer the exact same product at a smaller cost to the planet and the people living on it."
