La TaKorea is a Korean-Mexican fusion restaurant that was developed in just 48 hours on an episode of the Apprentice: One Championship Edition. The digital restaurant recently launched in Singapore and it sets itself apart with a similar premise to virtual or ghost kitchens since it operates as an online-only brand that offers food exclusively for delivery.
La TaKorea serves some animal products but there are plenty of vegetarian options that feature TiNDLE's plant-based meat. One of the founders of the restaurant, Nazee Sajedi, says, "We found out that our target consumers — Millennials and Gen Z — tend to be health-conscious and interested in sustainability."
