The all-new catering start-up service La Belle Assiette and champagne brand Nicolas Feuillatte recently teamed up to host a one-of-a-kind dinner party event at Venturi's Table Cookery School.
The "dinner" party began at nine in the morning and culminated at about 1am, taking just under 1,000 minutes for 103 dishes to be served to 103 guests. The event is being called "London's longest dinner party" and involved showcasing of a variety of different culinary techniques from blending and piping to blanching in the creation of more than a thousand individual dishes.
Alongside the #1menu100courses dishes, flutes of Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne were served to each diner. During the extravagant dining event, it's been estimated that a total of 145,000 calories must have been consumed by attendees.
