Made in Belgium at a whopping 8%, this beerified bubbly from Krait brewery is quite a novel beverage, though I’m not sure how many you would want to slam back in a night (a combined beer/champagne hangover is something I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy). My suggestion for a dish to go with beerified bubbly: grey pouponified pizza.
