'Kippo 2.0' Allows Users to Build a Home in a Virtual World

'Kippo,' the gamer-focused dating application launched in 2019, has announced 'Kippo 2.0,' an updated version of the application that places a larger focus on the concept of the metaverse. As opposed to the original Kippo that allowed game enthusiasts to interact and mingle with one another, this updated version will also allow users to build their own home and virtual social space.

Kippo is committed to constantly improving its application at a rate of "10X every year," and this venture into the metaverse was a no-brainer for the application considering the massive popularity of virtual worlds in games. Kippo wanted to enhance the gamification of its application as well, making it even more appealing to its intended audience. Due to this, this new metaverse-like world of Kippo 2.0 will have multiple features reminiscent of Massively-Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games (MMORPGs), such as the development of a unique avatar and the ability to earn virtual rewards.
