There are many ways that job candidates can make themselves stand out from their competition with an interactive CV, and copywriter Elizabeth Nieves is doing so with her 'HireEliBot' for Facebook Messenger.
Since the recruitment process involves answering the same questions and supplying the same documents and project portfolio over and over again, Nieves created a bot to handle the repetitive parts of the process. With the HireEliBot, a potential employer is able to ask about the kind of work she is looking for, her skills, previous work experience and schooling to get instant, automated answers from the bot.
As noted on the HireEliBot Facebook page from the perspective of the bot: "I just realized I've chatted with more than 200 people already. That would've been tiring... if I was human."
