Even though The Cheesecake Factory is limited to takeout and delivery, the chain is still shaking up its menu with the debut of the Impossible Pasta Bolognese and the Impossible Taco Salad.
The addition of the two new meat-free dishes are among 13 new dishes added to The Cheesecake Factory's ever-expanding menu. Both the Impossible Pasta Bolognese and the Impossible Taco Salad are vegetarian-friendly dishes made with Impossible meats. The Impossible Pasta Bolognese starts with spaghetti, tossed with a meatless tomato sauce and sauteed mushrooms, onions, garlic, and herbs. As for the Impossible Taco Salad, The dish consists of seasoned plant-based taco meat paired with mixed greens, black beans, cilantro, corn, avocado, tomato, onion, and cheese, all tossed with the chain's classic vinaigrette and crispy tortilla strips.
