Chainsaw wielding, ice carving beauty queen, Dominique Colell will be featured on TLC Dec. 6th in “Chainsaw Ice Sculptors”, a show that explains the reality of ice carving. She’ll also be performing at the San Diego Zoo. Colell regularly performs at shows and fundraising events using one of her 13 chainsaws to demonstrate her crowd-pleasing ice carving techniques.
Her business, Images in Ice, and career sprung from competition in a beauty pageant. When it was time for the talent portion of the event, Dominique Colell fired up her chainsaw and carved a flower vase out of a 350-pound block of ice.
Colell is shown in the video above at about the 1:12 marker.
