This stylish 1960s house renovation brings plenty of natural light and open spaces to this home, both of which were lacking in the original, outdated design by Brown and Kaufman. Klopf Architecture was brought into refresh the space and did so by removing walls and adding in tons of new windows.
Some of the major space adjustments included reducing the size of the living room, so that the master bedroom could be expanded to include a walk-in closet and a laundry room and workspace. All throughout the space, the design is bright and airy, including bright pops of color in unexpected place like the area behind the stove, which is painted in a bright yellow color.
