Eiffel Tower Inspired 'Six' Chairs

Designed by Ian Giles Mason, Six is a series of architectural honeycomb-based seating.
Our friends at Yanko Design note that the chair, "pays homage to the striking aesthetic born from the functional design of industrial structures (think Eiffel tower) and light and space.â€
By 'honeycomb', I do not mean just honeycomb design, it is actually made using a very special real honeycomb composite. Oh, and if that is not cool enough, it features a detachable light that illuminates the honeycomb seat. Super funky!
Coming in standard or metallic tints for the panels, the design features a wide array of color options for the frame.
Six is designed by Loughborough University industrial design and technology graduate Ian Mason, and was exhibited at the degree show Ideation, Loughborough University, from 13-16 June.
