The Hemingway First Edition Rye Whiskey is a premium spirit inspired by the namesake author for connoisseurs to try out this coming winter. The spirit is expertly blended with a mix of nine-year-old Indiana rye and four-year-old Kentucky rye, which take up 94% and 6% of the recipe, respectively. The rye whiskey is finished in Oloroso Sherry casks, which have been seasoned with rum to further impart a distinct flavor.
The Hemingway First Edition Rye Whiskey is limited to just 972 bottles, which each come packaged inside a box styles to look like a library book. The spirit is available now for preorder for $150 and will formally launch next month just in time for the holidays.
