Over the past few years, consumers have become increasingly interested in better-for-you snacking, which has resulted in the creation of healthy potato chip alternatives made with avocado or coconut oil. Now, Boulder Canyon Authentic Foods is expanding its collection of Rice Bran Oil Kettle Cooked Potato Chips with Buffalo Ranch and Sweet Chipotle flavors.
