While many chains have hopped aboard the faux-meat train, Culver's is offering its vegetarian customers something a little bit different with its new Harvest Veggie Burger.
Instead of a plant-based faux-meat patty, Culver's new Harvest Veggie Burger is more of a traditional veggie burger. The new burger has been in development since 2016 and pays homage to the brand's Midwest roots in a tasty way. The Harvest Veggie Burger is made from a blend of dairy, grains, and vegetables, which includes chickpeas, roasted corn, portabella mushrooms, red and green bell peppers, spinach, and some Wisconsin cheeses. The patty can then be topped with any of Culver's signature burger toppings so fans can finally create their dream veggie burger.
