Pacific Pickle Works Debuts Two New Pickle Products
Pacific Pickle Works is known as "the award-winning maker of all-natural, hand-packed pickled vegetables" and at the Fancy Food Show in Las Vegas, the brand announced the launch of two new delectable pickled products — the KIMCHI meets Pickle and the Pickled in Pink.
The KIMCHI meets Pickle represents "a groundbreaking fusion of bold kimchi flavors and classic pickling." Pacific Pickle Works packs this product with extra-thick cucumber slices, daikon radish, carrot, and onion. The hand-packed pickled vegetables are generously seasoned with coarse gochugaru chili flakes, chopped garlic, and ginger.
Pickled in Pink, on the other hand, boasts thinly sliced red onions that are combined with fresh jalapeño and habanero. The taqueria-style pickled onions make for excellent toppers for tacos, sandwiches, salads and more.
