Burger King Sweden Launched Two New Burgers Without Beef Patties

The demand for meatless meals has inspired many fast food brands to get creative with their menu offerings and Burger King in Sweden recently introduced two new halloumi burgers that feature generous amounts of cheese in place of meat.
The Halloumi King is comparable to Burger King's classic Whopper without the beef patty, as it features a potato bread bun stuffed with Cypriot halloumi cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayonnaise.
Burger King also introduced the Extra Looong BBQ Halloumi as a new take on its Extra Looong BBQ Bacon sandwich—in place of three types of grilled meat and four bacon slices, the new fast food menu item boasts a combination of barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, fresh lettuce and stacks of crispy onion rings and brined cheese atop a long sesame bun.
