Longflint has launched its first bottled and bubbly grapefruit mezcal cocktail that contains flavor expressions of Grapefruit, Sour Cherry and Mezcal Paloma.
The North London-based business produces quality small batch drinks from pure juices and craft spirits. The Mezcal cocktail, which the brand claims is the first of its kind, is the newest addition to its alcohol arsenal of niche high-end beverages. To produce the drink, Longflint collaborated with QuiQuiRiQui, a London-based mezcal brand. The drink is comprised of a combination of fresh cold pressed grapefruit juice, a tart cherry, and a "beautifully smokey mezcal" blended with forced carbonate to create the perfect patio drink.
The mezcal cocktail is described as light and summery, perfectly pairing as a "brunch cocktail or a pre–dinner aperitif.”
