Girl Scouts and Grubhub Joined to Make Cookie Deliveries Safer

With the COVID-19 pandemic preventing the usual door-to-door sales of its delectable cookies, Girl Scouts and Grubhub are joining forces to provide contactless deliveries.

The new service can be accessed from the Girl Scouts website, where users can enter their ZIP code to find cookies available nearby. From there, they can choose to order from a selection of cookies for curbside pickup or shipping. In select locations throughout the US, buyers can order the cookies through Grubhub for faster contactless delivery.

Through the partnership, the delivery service is giving Girl Scouts the chance to get a better grasp on its business by allowing them to track orders, manage inventory, and learn more about its back-end technology. Grubhub is also removing all fees for the organization, and offering free delivery for orders of $15 or more for a limited time.
