Giada De Laurentiis is launching her own line of pasta, Giadzy Pasta, handcrafted in Abruzzo, Italy, and available in eight unusual shapes. While pasta lovers all over the world are familiar with the classics like spaghetti, rotini and penne, Giadzy Pasta offers elevated pantry staples from the chef, cookbook author and TV personality.
At the Summer Fancy Food Show, De Laurentiis shared that her personally curated Giadzy platform would soon be launching its first in-house products. These artisanal organic pastas feature handcrafted shapes like Nodi Marini, Taccole, Paccheri, Bucatini Lunghi and more. As De Laurentiis puts it, "there's a huge disparity between the products you can find in supermarkets here and the way it's made by artisans in Italy."
