In order to stress the uniqueness and quality of a limited edition chocolate, designer Denis Lelic branded this treat as a fun chocolate bar inspired by a barcode. The outside of the chocolate bar packaging is fairly formal, but the real treat comes from opening up the box. Inside, there's a vibrant red and white striped pattern that mimics the lines found on the chocolates. Rather than being segmented like most chocolate bars, these limited edition sweets were molded to look like long UPC codes, complete with numbers at the bottom and text to identify the 'Chocolate Barcode.' For starters, there will be 100 limited edition chocolate bars produced for the initial product launch.
Carrying this idea through to the future, crafting different molds with lines of different shapes could be a fun way to present other chocolate varieties in the future.
